Im starting a new server but i dont know how many of these plugins i wish to use work. A few of the members that are going to join i allowed them to request some plugins. Some of them are: Permissionsbukkit/iconomy/iconomy chest shop/bosecomony. yet i dont know how to make any of them work. Is there anyone who would be willing to help me?
And how do i know what IP to tell people to join with. i see IP's such as chaoscraft.blah.blah:25565. how to i get that

im reading ur guide and so far it has helped. but im only half way through
