Need a server host!

Hi, my name it iTrask. I have been looking to run a server for a really long time and I have tons of experience playing on servers and in server administration. I am looking for someone to host a server for me since I am unable to. I will also not be able to pay? And if anyone knows a fast, quick and easy way to host a server of off a macbook pro WITHOUT portforward or hamachi please send me a link/message.
