What makes you the best server manager?

Why do you want the position: i enjoy helping out servers as much as i can, i can be on about 1 hour in the day and 2-3 hours at night time via minechat. I know this probably has no effect on if i will get accepted or not but i also help out at my local church as a youth volunteer.
What makes you the best server manager: i currently own 2 public minecraft servers and 1 private minecraft server so i can tell and recognize a person by there character in about 5-10 minutes. I can also be on for about 1 hour in the day and 2-3 hours at night. I would rate my maturity level 1-10 (10 being the very best) about a 7.5 i can still have fun sometimes . I also do things based off Christian principles so you don't have to worry about me hacking the server or anything even though i am fairly sure it's impossible to hack a minecraft server.
NOTE: Please do not hate me or my application because of my religion i usually don't talk much about it to the players unless THEY ask.

Why do you want the position? I have owned several successful servers and have wanted to help others fufill their dreams of owning a successful server/network. If I have the right staff and idea on a server I can make your server one of if not the best of its kind.
What makes you the best server manager? I am highly knowledgable about Minecraft. I have been playing for around 4 years now. I can make small adjustments to plugins IF NECESSARY.

What makes you the best server manager? I have owned 3 servers, I know what good and bad staff looks like. I feel like I am your best bet to get a high quality staff together.
