Hello, I am interested in this proposal. Do you have a Skype we could communicate in? I have 3+ years of experience of a server operator so I am pretty educated. Also, what kind of host are you using?
what are you implying by "build a server"?
I could help you build in-game if that's what you meant.
I could help you piece together plug-ins that I myself have found success before from my old server, as well as helping you write ranks, giving perms to specific ranks etc.
Only thing I can't help you is if you want me to build you a server physically (as in a server IRL so you can host it on), or if you're asking me to code for you new plug-ins.
