But everyone out there, just sucks at it.
Finally, I'm taking action and I'm trying to find
someone out there who can actually help
me accomplish this.
Someone who is just as passionate.

as determined
as committed.
My goal is to make something enjoyable.
Something that isn't terrible and can actually go on.
But I can't do that alone, I've tried

Banner, Logo, and website.
Recruiting the entire staff team with your help.
And also handling simple duties.
I need you to make or add the plugins.
Design them, make them great. I need you
to be the person that fixes those odd bugs, and spend
all night on it if you have to.

Maturity: 9/10 (I am not one of those people who claims to be mature but turns out being a stinker, the reason I put 9 is because I was well trained with manners, I am friendly, and I have no clue if this counts but I am good friends with many of my teachers.. The only part immature about myself is when it comes to being harsh to the things I love such as the clarinet).
Skills: I can develop plugins (don't worry, I only use google for NMS (net.minecraft.server, it's hard to understand in a quick pace of time, trust me.. The Bukkit library is something I don't need to google), along with websites (no joke), batch (don't forgot to turn of echo ;D), and I can sorta do some indie stuff. I love LMMS because that is a free software where you can create music, I am working on a remake of Spider Dance, it's far from done. I can't really texture too well nor texture model, but I can customize music even if it has to be original! I do judge staff just fine and also I do give them a chance to redeem themselves. For a young brain, I can probably come up with quite a few stuff but don't always rely on this 13 year old brain ;P). If you want to learn more, just ask me a question because this is all of the skills I can think of that may be useful. (Also need to mention I can read music :3).
Reason: I've recently gotten out of a agreement with a insane person (no joke, I can give you some proof if need be.. Not trying to be rude to him) and I am thinking of laying off of the indie and going to minecraft again. I've coded Bukkit for the same length with Java, 3 years. I thought it'd be worth a shot to try to migrate back into server work. I use to own a server and I had fun with my staff, they were nice. Sadly, one of my top 3 favorites never replies to my messages anymore and doesn't pick up the phone. But, I am still in contact with the other 2!

Reason as to why you want to do this: Well for a few weeks now I have been thinking about getting into a partnership with someone that is as determined as I am when it comes to server hosting. I have also been in a similar situation as you have stated above, not being able to find serious, committed, passionate, and determined people to help manage a server. I know the struggle of managing a server and it's really hard to manage a server all on your own which is one of the reasons why I had to shut down my own personal server. After some researching, I have come upon this interesting page about needing a partner! I am good with plugins, errors, console, and basically managing and creating a server. I was actually looking for someone like you because I needed someone to create a server banner, logo, and someone to help me recruit staff. You are exactly what I have been looking for xD Now let's just hope that I am what you have been looking for.
Skillset: Alright so I have said some of my skillset above but here is the rest. I am good with plugins and I myself have a premium plugin "Featherboard" which I used for my server but no longer need it since my server has died off. I am very good with permissions and love to work with Group Manager even more then Permissions EX but if you prefer Permissions EX over Essentials Group Manager, I'm okay with that. I am also very good at finding and correcting errors and bugs that come up on the server here and there.
