NEED A SEVER FOR KID

Hi, i know a boy who wants to play minecraft multiplayer. he only has played singleplayer.
I am looking for a server with sufficient rules about like no bad or offensive language and stuff.
also i would prefer to become a staff member to watch him but i dont need staff really just a server with rules and good regular staff on
