Need some quotes

I want to start up a server, I've done my research on what type I want and what it will cost base to start up, but I need someone experienced willing to help with setting up the mods (they confuse me but I know basically what I want), and I need a few builders to help me get a unique design.

I'm looking for quotes at what they would cost, examples (builders), and contact info as it will be a few weeks before I get started (need the quotes to know how much to set aside).
