I NEED SOMEONE TO BUILD SPAWN FOR MY SERVER!

Use a regular world. (No Superflat Worlds) Include an initial spawn area. A place to put NPC's of the staff. A Shop. (Im guna use Essentials Sign Shop with almost every item so build acordingly. A PVP areana. A place for drop partys. and places for rules, plugins, and warps. Post the world in PROJECTS with the download. Thank you.
