I need someone to build me a Sexy As Ass Spawn!! I'll give you five dollars if I end up using it. These are the features I need included in the spawn:
1) Lots of sexy looking detail.
2) A sign board where I can but some rules.
3) A town with 10by20 size plots with about 25 plots with the main spawn being like the town hall.
4) A place where I can use citizens where I can show NPC of my admins and mods. About 10 places.
