We need experienced Admin for a exponentially growing server

Our server has been up two months now. It is growing exponentially, our
peak time at present is 20-25 members online. We have 1 admin and a few mods at present but need more.

What we need are admin types who are good at helping us prevent lag, members misbehaving and dealing with them. We need many eyes to ensure we can keep the running at its full potential. We also would like admin who are good with our range of plugins or willing to learn thus they can give advice to new members to use them.
