Here is what I want from potential moderators/admins:
1. Players that always have a fun time on the server are always the best candidates for a moderator position.
2. Players that greet others and treat everyone the way they wanted to be treated.
Players that care about everyone's view before making a solution are also great candidates.
3. Players that respond to arguments in a mature and polite matter.
Players that listen to everyone and will help anybody even if they don't have moderator tend to be a great addition.
4. Players that can provide knowledge on stuff the owner does not know is a great player to consider giving moderator too. It can serve as a learning experience for the owner.
5. Lastly, Players that want to be a part of a group/community tend to stay and support it for as long as it lasts.

Well, the first thing I ever built in minecraft was a mansion. Since then, I have joined many creative servers to enhance my building skills, and now I am pretty decent. Currently, I am a member of The VoxelBox, and amazing server with builds that most people can't create, and a server by the name of LumiaCraft. I love creative in every way, and I can't stand survival. I am on almost every day, only to build. I would love to work with many other people to create and build up your amazing server. Reason for wanting this position (requires paragraph): Well a server I used to play on a lot recently closed and I have been trying to get on another really great server to help out and be an active part of. I want to find a server that I will be dedicated to and not just come on once in a while. I enjoy helping server owners/staff as well as new players with any problems that might arise in their minecraft lives. I like to have fun and I like when other people have fun, I think that is the most important part of minecraft.

Experience (details): I stated off as a mod on neupolis (Towny server) but now I am an admin on it. I have been various staff ranks on other servers, most of which were newly started.
What kind of skills can you bring?: I can create, maintain, upkeep, or develop a website for the server. I used to own a group that made sites but I found I liked going solo better. I am a fun and friendly person who likes making new friends. I am anti-homophobic and anti-discrimination of all kinds so any of that won't be tolerated by me. I can really do anything that is needed of me and above all, make sure that we all have fun but that everyone follows the rules. I like answering questions and am never angry when a player does not know something. I have a policy where you get three strikes: a warning, a kick, then an appropriate tempban or ban if nessecary. I NEVER, EVER ban on suspicion, and will conduct an investigation and will ban only when I can prove that the person is the culprit. I listen to both sides of an argument and show empathy to the victim and the accused. I swear that I am a good mediator and will never cease to do this.
