Why should we pick exactly you?: I am experienced in handling large servers/crowds, the ability to pay attention to chat and monitor player activity/past chat history. I am experienced in almost all major plugin codes and problems, I also have the knowledge and know how on how to hunt down bugs and fix them. I've worked along side some of the most knowledgeable admin I have ever met to make servers thrive and expand. From creating new areas and amusements for players to setting up server celebrations and parties on the server.

I work a day job so my availability would jump around a little, though I'd be able to provide a schedule so we can work around it. I have made things from complicated redstone locks, to world engulfing mob arenas. I have worked to make a questing server based off Denizens and a PVP server based off factions. I am not here to screw around, I am here to program and moderate.
