I am an honest fellow and will never tell a lie. I can also offer my experience with past servers, including owning one. I can gladly show proof of the ownership if need be.
How are you able to handle players?: I am able to deal with players effectively and efficiently, quickly but honestly handling situations that need to be dealt with. I do not slack off on my work might I add. I am a reliable source of information, and ready at anytime to be called for a job or anything you might have for me to do.

I have owned a server with several hundred unique players. An interesting server at that, with some crazy plugins my friend created me. I was head-admin of a server called Legends Craft nearly two years ago
Do you have experience in plugins? (will not count off if you don't have any): No sir. I dabbled a bit with my own server, but never found a knack for it. I have however had a lot of experience with world edit.
Anything else you would like to add to your application?: Only that I hope you review my application and find it to be appealing, hopefully leading to me being chosen for the position. I hope you see the time that was put into the application and take note of my mostly grammatically flawless application. Also I might add that I am on 2-5 hours a day during the week. What do you feel you have to offer this server?: I would help others in any needed way possible. I am a very active person with good qualities of a good Staff member. I can offer as much help as I can to help your server grow! I also love to have fun, but I would act professional at all times when needed too. You don't want unreliable staff that make a bad impression for the server.
How are you able to handle players?: I can handle players very well. If there is any trouble or disturbance I handle it right away. It would depend on the situation and who did what, but I can handle players that are breaking the rules. If that's what you mean by "How I am able to handle Players."
Here's a scenario, Player 1 is breaking the rules in, let's say, the factions world, Player 2 is submitting a complaint, how would you handle Player 1, breaking a general rule (ex. griefing, spawn killing, etc. etc...)?: Well you first have to investigate. I have been staff on many servers and you don't want to ban the rule breaker right away. I would ask for both sides of the story from each user, and try to ask for some evidence such as a screenshot or video. After a while I would come to a conclusion and handle the situation. But situations vary. On other servers the rule you break have different Ban limits. So I would probably ban the person for maybe, 1-3 days so they learn their lesson. If those days are up and the user continues to break the rules, i will ban them for 1-2 weeks. If the user does it again, I have no choice but to Perm banned them. I use a 3-strikes-your-out system. You only get 3 bans, after 3 bans your perm banned. But as I said it would depend on the situation that occurs.
Do you feel you will use your powers as a staff member wisely?: It would be an honor. And yes to answer your question, I would use my powers wisely. You need someone trustworthy to use their powers wisely to help your server.
Any past experience you have with being a staff member on a server?: Yes I do. I have been staff on many servers, but here are 3 I have moderated on. I have the skill that varies from helper, builder, Mod, and Head-Admin.
RomanPVP: The server is still under construction but it's a faction/prison server.I am a Head-Admin & My job is basically to moderate the other staff members to make sure their doing their jobs correctly. I keep the server safe and get rid of rule breakers that need to be taken care of. I also look at staff applications and ban appeals that need to be addressed.
SuperWalls: Superwalls is also under construction but I am a builder on that server. Currently re-modifying the spawn and getting new mini-games. But I have OP powers to ban, kick, mute, etc.
RainbowCraft: RainbowCraft was a popular server where i first started Moderation. I learned all the basic commands and started out as a Mod. I helped the server greatly and dealt with many players. The server had 1000 slots, and I dealt with different situations each day. Sadly, I left because of an abusive owner and staff team. I'm sure that the server is now closed.
Do you have experience in plugins? (will not count off if you don't have any): Sadly I do not. But I can use WorldEdit.
Anything else you would like to add to your application?: I have been playing Minecraft since the summer of 2013 and I have loved it ever since. I love the fun of playing mini-games and PVP. I wouldn't say that I am a mature person because I'd let others judge me on how mature I am rather then tell my self how mature I am. I am a person that is very responsible and would be eager to help with anything the server needs. I am trustworthy and honest, and will use my powers wisely as a staff member if i get chosen. I would love to be a high-rank on your server, but I always believe it's better to start off as a baby and work my way up so I can adjust with the server. I also believe in fairness that everyone should be treated equally and that everyone should follow the rules no matter who you are, a staff member, or not. I am also a very intelligent person. Like I said, I am very active on Minecraft and will be dedicated to help when you need. I may not get chosen, but I wish you good luck on your server.
