[TFM SERVER] NEED ALOT OF STAFF APPLY NOW!
[Owner]ViperVeyron8 and [Co-Owner]NathanielX2 are planning on making a server. But with no money or anything, we are in need for money. We will be giving awesome ranks to people who do donate and they will get specially-selected commands and privileges on the server. Since we only have a Co-Owner we will be needing heaps of Staff! Yes, the server is not even up yet we're already looking for staff. We like to be organized and ready before the server is public. We will not be allowing default players to join for a week or two. We will make it whitelisted for a few days in order for staff to work out the bugs that need to be sorted and to build everything that will need to be built. Why you want to be chosen: I have been an owner of a survival, faction, mcmmo server from January 2013 to August 2013. We went from a 20 slot to a 100 slot server which averaged about 50-60 players. I created this server as a fun way for players to interact and play the simple game of minecraft. Sadly, i could not afford the server anymore because i did not believe that donators should be allowed, so i was trying to pay for the server with my own money. By september, i had to hand it down to a group of friends. This was a role that i learned a great deal from, i learned all the back stage maintenance a server needs, and i understood player behaviors and what created the best environment. Besides this, i was an Admin on 3 servers, that averaged about 80-200 players, i was a moderator in about 7-10 servers, and co-owned 1 server with another friend. i believe these credibilities help give this server the best chance of being successful.
What are you capable of doing for the server?: Because i owned a server i know how to run a server from backstage, i know how to set up websites, and i know how to config plugins
