Your uptime: Unfortunately only on weekends, but I am on weekends whenever possible(which is when most players are on) and I'm in Ireland, so if it's a US server you'll have someone with a balanced timezone (Ireland's GMT +0, where the US is GMT -6, -7 or -8 depending, and China and places near are roughly GMT +7, although there are multiple timezones around that)

I believe the best thing to do in this situation would be to tell the player to stop the constant "PM-ing" and that the problem can only be on their end. If how ever the player was constantly complaining in chat and bugging other players I would consider a temporary mute of a few minutes.

Yes, during my history of being a staff member i have never personally had to ban someone because we kept people in line and accordance with the rules so it was fun for everyone! I'd act firmly and mature if i had to handle with bulling, hacking and so on.

Yes I know a lot of plugin commands that help to stop griefers or hackers from entering the server or getting away with anything mischievous, I'm not really sure in what way you mean managing but I do have a lot of experience when it comes to handling server responsibilities.

Why I want to be a Admin: I want to be a Admin because I love the amazing feeling of helping people. I would love to bring a smile onto someones face : Anyways. I would love to keep the server running smooth by Administrating the chat to check for anybody who is disobeying rules. This server is really nice and I feel were a small community but we are a family together. When I have the chance, I will interact with players and chat with them. If someone comes on and disobeys a rule, first I will warn them 3 times, by kicking them and than I will give them the punishment of a ban or mute according to the situation and what is needed. I will also ask a rank higher than me on there opinion of what punishment should be used according to the situation. If anybody needs help building or a staff memeber needs help with building, I will offer them the help that is needed in the situation. I will always ask for permission before doing something that will turn into a dissaster or it was not needed. I heard you guys had needed staff and I wanted to do anything to help the server. You can trust me because I have experience with disobeying rules situations and griefing situations on a server that I am coowner on, grasscraft.

Why I want to be a Admin: I want to be a Admin because I love the amazing feeling of helping people. I would love to bring a smile onto someones face : Anyways. I would love to keep the server running smooth by Administrating the chat to check for anybody who is disobeying rules. This server is really nice and I feel were a small community but we are a family together. When I have the chance, I will interact with players and chat with them. If someone comes on and disobeys a rule, first I will warn them 3 times, by kicking them and than I will give them the punishment of a ban or mute according to the situation and what is needed. I will also ask a rank higher than me on there opinion of what punishment should be used according to the situation. If anybody needs help building or a staff memeber needs help with building, I will offer them the help that is needed in the situation. I will always ask for permission before doing something that will turn into a dissaster or it was not needed. I heard you guys had needed staff and I wanted to do anything to help the server. You can trust me because I have experience with disobeying rules situations and griefing situations on a server that I am coowner on, grasscraft.

Yes, during my history of being a staff member i have never personally had to ban someone because we kept people in line and accordance with the rules so it was fun for everyone! I'd act firmly and mature if i had to handle with bulling, hacking and so on.

Yes, i believe so, if i'm moderating chat e.t.c it gives admins and higher staff a chance to work on more important things in the sever without having to deal with immature players e.t.c

Why should we accept you?
I love the Minecraft community, even though it is harsh at times and sometimes I can bite back but nothing too drastic. I still enjoy helping out the community as there is a huge big world out there ready for everyone to explore. I can build really great creations in Minecraft but I'm not here for builder. I don't get mad at players if they're disrespecting members of the staff / users or even me. If I was to ever resign my duty as being Head-Admin, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, I wouldn't then see how much chaos I can cause afterward. I see myself as a good member of your team.
Previous experience?
As having 4 1/2 years of Minecraft experience I've managed to gather and learn alot about server management and they way things work. I've been a member of Staff on a big amount of servers that remembering all of them and listing them would be a waste of my time and your time as they would not all be needed.
Most recent server hat I have been a member of staff on is MineFrame. MineFrame was a Faction, Skyblock and KitPvP server all into one where players would be able rank up their items and advance to become the top of the server. I was a Moderator who would help out in situations where other players would have struggle with. I would also be there to take action had disobeyed the rules and then report it to the higher members of Staff, Who may need to take further action after that. Unfortunately due to the server cost being so high and now with the Minecraft EULA we couldn't run the server anymore
I had also been a Co-Owner of a server called Pie-Craft for 2 1/2 years I had started out being a basic member and after a couple weeks they had more players start to join and they needed more Staff. So I applied and had been set to be a Trail-Moderator for a week until I was promoted to be a full Moderator. And overtime I had progressed and impressed the other members and staff and even the owner. The Co-Owner at the time and then resigned being a member of staff on the server and then I had taken over his place for the next 2 years. We then had to close the server down because of exams and coursework to work on that taking care of the server was becoming more of a hassle and was getting in the way. Exams are over and we don't have the time to open up the server again
Weaknesses:
I don't really have too many weaknesses apart from there maybe a time where I wont be online but that wont be a long duration, Approx: 1 Day. However if I am accepted then there will be a time during the summer holidays where I will be away for 2 weeks to go meet a friend. More information on that soon. I can still use my phone though while I am out on a visit through MineChat so I wont be too inactive just not so frequent I'll be on

I live in the UK so if the server is hosted in the US then it means there is gonna be a UK staff member on for when the US staff are not. I've got great experience and knowledge of commands and can recommend great plugins to be used for the server. I have also started to try and code my own plugins so in the future this could be really helpful for the server. But I'm only learning the basics right now haha.
