Sir. I noticed on Planet Minecraft that you are searching for quite a few members for your staff team. Even though i am brand new to PMC I have been
playing Minecraft for well over 2 years now. I enjoy playing the game, and enjoy giving back to the community. I believe that with me on any one of these staff

Although never actually having the title of "Admin" I have been on multiple smaller servers that when new players came on, they were sent to me for
information, and help on the server. I am part of a student led leadership team at my High school and was vice president of the middle school STUCO. (Student Council). And I think that if you select me for any of the positions then

I am very mature, and i know when a good time to say something is, and i know when there is a bad time to do something. I am very creative and I know how to
get around obstacles and do things that are good for the server. Even though I have never had the title "Admin" as stated before, moderators, builders, and other
staff on other servers similar in kind to yours, have created relationships with me based off of my behavior on the server and what I bring to the community.
(Administator) What would you do if someone was flying and they were not a staff member?:
Politely ask them to stop flying, and if they continue to fly then ask again before threatening to kick/ban. If they do stop flying then I will give them a warning, and if i were to catch them flying again, then i would issue them a short warning followed by a short ban. 1-3 days.
(Moderator) What would you do if someone was greifing spawn?
First, I would ask them to stop, politely but forcefully, if they continue to greif spawn, then i would either consult with a higher ranking member of the
staff team, or issue a short ban on that person for griefing spawn. If they do not continue to greif spawn, then I will say thank-you, and then let them go on their
merry way, alerting them to the fact that they have been issued a warning about a ban. If that member of the community comes back i will ask them what their
intentions are coming back to the server, and if they don't answer me then i shall ask again, and leave them to do what they came to do. If they just came to play on
the server and leave the spawn and other places alone, then i will do no more, other than keep an eye on them.
(Moderator) How do you feel about needing the "Ok" from an Admin or Staff Member above your rank?
I would feel fine with that, of course I will show why i think what i was thinking, and then explain my reasoning. Expect me to be understanding but
forceful at the same time. I will respect those above me, but i will not hesitate to question them, or even try to persuade them to see my side. Like i said
before I have been on many servers, and many of them I have been an unofficial part of their staff. I am trustworthy and very direct with my words for the most
part. All in all, having to have an "O.K" from someone above me will be fine, I will respect their decisions and understand their point of view.
(Builder) What is your experience building?:
As I have stated before, I started playing Minecraft approximately 2 years ago. I am currently taking a engineering design class at my 6A high school. I have
enjoyed building very much, and I my builds are pleasing to the eyes, and very functional as well. I have built on many servers, including many personal survival
servers, Crewniverse, Muttsworld, smaller survival servers and many more. My build styles include modern, rustic, post modern, small, large, "cabin like" Neolithic, and many more if desired. I can send you screenshots of some of my builds upon request and will be more than happy to build for you.

Most notably Co-Owner, but i have also worked as a helper, Moderator, Builder and admin. I also have experience as Head Admin which is the same as this but with a different. I have gained most of my positions due to promotions bot others were sheer luck.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? I belive that i should be Picked over other applicants because of my work ethic and my ability to be fun but also serious. I also think that my knowledge of the game is far greater than many others due to the amount to time i have played
