What do you do when two players are fighting? Warn them to stop. If they do not, then temp mute them.
What will you do when someone is griefing? Ban them immediately,
What do you do when your friend ask for op? Deny them.
What will you do if a player is being racist? Warn them to stop, and if they do not, mute them.
What will you do if you were demoted? Play the server as a player.
Anything Else to add: I am the fun type, but mature when I need to be.

What do you do when two players are fighting? Warn them to stop. If they do not, then temp mute them.

5. Do you have any previous staff experience? Yes on 2 different servers for over 3months
6. Are you currently a staff member on another server? not atm
7. Have you been banned before on another server? never, i always follow the rules.
8. What position do you think is most critical to running a server? Why? I think all positions are important and its very important to communicate to each other. And why do i think that, because every position is there to help and make the server peaceful.
9. What would you do if you were being unfairly treated by an admin? i would immediately tell the owner.
10. If you could describe your leadership by the example of another world leader past or present, who would it be? Why? (Examples of world leaders: President Barack Obama, Queen Elizabeth II, President JFK) I wouldn’t describe me as anyone else since i think that my leadership is much better than others. (listen to people and try to work on it together is just one of many exempels)
11. What do you think you can do as a staff member that other applicants can't? I think i can bring peace among the players and help the server grow a lot, i got 4years experience and I would describe myself like a big asset.
12. If player A accused player B of hacking, how would you go about handling it among the entire staff? I would tell the staff team to keep a eye on ’B’ and to the guy who accused ’A’ i would tell him if he can show me proof before i give him a warning because it could be two people fighting and they just type that because they mad at each other.
13. If your leadership capabilities were a type of ice cream flavor, what would it be and why? it would be a dark chocolate flavor xd, why? because i let the success come out from the dark side ]:) , plan A= don’t tell plan B XD
