Hello guys! So here, I've just made a new server.. and i need some Staffs,

Experience: I have experience of being a mod on many servers, and at one point had my own server but for personal reasons had to shut it down; since i owned a server i know how stressful it can sometimes be as an owner, and how hard it is to pick staff.
Building skills: well, me and my friends sometimes find quiet servers and just build something epic, I have building skills mainly with big towns and castles and also a bit of skill with boats.
How will you help us out?: I will help you out by enforcing your rules and make sure your server stays safe. I have respect for players and staff and believe that everyone should have an opinion.
Experienced with plugins?: As I said earlier, I used to own a server, it was bukkit and a factions server that used a lot of plugins. I have very good all round knowlage with plugins and how to use/install them. If you need any help with them just ask me.
I know how to use the basic stuff (essentials,worldedit/guard,Economy) but I also know not so well known plugins aswell e.g paintball.

Building skills: 9/10; I can create structures depending on my creativeness during that time. Trust me, you'll find out.
How will you help us out?: Overall, enforcing the rules (Maintain order by stopping griefers, exploiters, hackers, and anything that will break the rules in general. As a Head-Mod, it's my responsibility to take care of the other mods and help newbies if needed.
Experienced with plugins?: I currently own my own server so I'm familiarized with the basic commands, as a lot extra (Essentials, World Edit, World Guard,etc) It wouldn't be hard to learn the rest you plan to install on the near future, and I'm open to help you out configure your server.

im not sure, i think i used groupmanager, but i just found a template and used the ranks it already had

How will you help us out?: i want to help the server by keeping it clean from greifers and hackers, enforce the rules, help anyone who needs help, make sure everyone is having fun, i don't ban for no reason, i don't op anyone for no reason (not even if their my friend),i'm not a greifer like those idiots,i had my own server (i'm good at running servers) i have been admin on 9 servers and mod on 10, i know all sorts of commands (i'm always learning more), i'm a great builder and i'm really helpful
