Need suggestions

first of all I do have an "Offline" server I have been working on for god knows how long, almost 2 years off and on, (Not steady) and I need one or two people to give more good suggestions I do not already have in my server, I am happy to pm you the hamachi info or you can pm me your contact instant messenger, i use xfire/raptr/steam/aim/yahoo/msn/google chat the list goes on, so this way it would be a time we are both on for me to turn it on, anyone that gives good tips I am happy to make admin/staff once it is finally released.
whats the server about?
500+ Plots
40+ Underground plots (For staff to make a underground city)
Paintball Mod (Optional not required to join)
Gun Game Mod (Optional, not required to join)
Survival (with 1 major city, and citizens mod to allow buying items from npc's in stores)

and all the pvp arenas are custom created by me, I am thinking of uploading some to projects for others to use, and I hope to get a few people with some good ideas =)
NOTE: the paintball has blue and red portals for teams, and the gun game has terrorist and counter-terrorist for teams and this server WILL be live on an official host when it is finished.
