1: How experienced are you (50-100 words) I know commands for almost every plugin, i have a professional attitude, I can design websites and maintain plugins. I am good at problem solving as well. I can help with almost anything you need.
2: What severs have you worked with and how did they work out? I have owned and hosted 2 servers. I have been co-owner on 3 and i have been developer on over 30. I have also been web developer for 10 servers and several corporate clients and small businesses. My sites have been great but the servers have closed.

8: Why do you want this job? I feel that as an active member of the minecraft community, being a staff member allows me to give back in ways not possible as a player. I remember when i was just starting out in Minecraft 2 years ago and always worshiping the staff members who receive all the abuse of players but still keep the server and game fun. I always wanted to be one of them and it has been my passion to help people keep order. From police to safety as a kid i was obsessed. I felt that if i could just be one of them i would be soo great and helpful. I saw becoming staff as an opportunity. I have been staff on soo many servers at one time i became over committed and was forced to resign from all my current ranks to pursue a more quiet life of sports and focus on school. Finally i figured out what i could do, Open and Host my own 2 servers. I got them running and was just about to go public when i started to have reliability issues as my processors were overheating. I had to return to the shadows and plot a new way to power.... my ultimate demise. i then just decided to go insane, learn all i could and apply everywhere i could. I got so many jobs that i flooded my skype with messages. I was soo excited and it was going great until the work request started piling up and i just couldn't keep up. i was getting kicked out of staff left and right until i was down to 1 server. I vowed to never let this happen again. I become soo devoted only to have the server close to the owners personal boredom of the game. I felt soo let down. so recently i have just been looking for good place to settle down and just be an active developer and or admin in their community. But for now i am just an out of work staff member/coder.
