I am in need of a website manager/developer - Possible Money

I am in need of someone who is able to code websites, I mostly need a landing page, preferably one with a Parallax layout. If interested, add phantomice1 on skype. Do keep in mind that I don't have a lot of money, but if you do a well enough job I would gladly pay you for your work, I would also be happy to perhaps sponsor a server of yours by letting you use my website and its utilities (Sub-domains, IP Re-directions, forums, and much more).
