Need your help!(Read!!)

So I joined this server that has government role playing. I walked in and I was told I could join a business or make one. So I had this idea to make a law firm. I asked the owner if it was okay if I could make one and he said okay. After I got the yes on my proposal for a law firm. My friend and I rented a building near the town hall. Our rent is 50 mc money for two days in real life. After a bit of decorating, a guy named winner asked some questions. The top question that hit me was so how are you gonna get you law license and how are you gonna pay for government and law refrence? Then he goes its 15k I was shocked and I though how am I gonna make that much money?
