Small YouTubers are not the only way that you could advertise your server. You need to familiarise yourself with gaming forums and gain popularity through those too. An example where this has worked for someone is Ali-A. He posted his videos in gaming forums all around the world and now he has almost 6 million subscribers on YouTube and over 1 billion video views. So please consider using other methods of advertising your server as well as YouTubers, as they are not going to bring in the most players for you.
