Hello, I am a 1/4 of an Owner of a Minecraft Server. We are looking for skilled developers who are good at Java/Bukkit/Spigot coding.
Here's what we're looking for: A way to contact you. What will we use? We'll, if you setup an ooVoo is much safer then Skype and it's quick, so if you do not have one yet, setup a account so we can contact eachother on via ooVoo.
We need Skilled Developers. Developers who can make custom-plugin(s).
How will payment work? We'll pay you for each Plugin you make, so it'll work out easier.

You want "skilled developers". If you're going to have high standards, at least ALLOW the use of a communication platform that's actually popular.
