Needing help finishing a spawn for server!

What is up!
I am looking to finish up a spawn that will be used in a vanilla only whitelisted minecraft server. Once the spawn is finished there will be no creative mode allowed except for staff members. I need help with landscaping and building smaller areas with spawn. I am looking for people 16+ so I don't have to babysit. I ask you only put

Age (16-17) (18-20) (21+)
maybe a few screenshots if you have them not required.
I will private message you with my response.
Once spawn is done, I look to have a few players to play with on a regular basis and have some youtubers/twitch as well. Everyone that is allowed on the server will be credited with building the server and will be recognized as so.
