Needing plugin maker

i need someone to create me a plugin or someone who already has one that when a player stands in a select region they are put into a group with group maneger but if stand in another area it says u can change team or somehing my ip is 85.25.235.116:25568 its whitelisted atm but ask if u want to help i can add you
