Needing Staff (Java Dev) Experinced, Modded MC

Hello,
I am looking for some staff for my modded Minecraft server's and community i'm planning to build, preferably looking for people who have experience in development with java and server managing/optimisation experience,I am already renting a dedicated server of which i will put the specs below but willing to spend the money on upgrading should the community grow or the server turns out to be under powered,
i have varied server knowledge myself and have had large server setups in the past but mostly modded mc however do not have experience with writing java, Currently i already have 5 servers running on the machine (not public yet) in a BungeeCord/Velocity setup all running "The 1.12.2 Pack" found on the Technic platform but also wish to expand to other packs or even Vanilla depending on whats popular or requested of the later community.
Depending on efforts and what you put into the server i'm willing to share profits of donations etc down the line, Please contact me on Discord or reply to this thread and pitch me some ideas and evidence of experience.
