Previous Experience
I had received Moderator on one server before. It was a very small server which happened to be run by a friend of mine. Due to my friend being Owner I almost automatically got the position. Which staff were picked were definitely bias from my eyes, but in the end it helped me learn a lot. This experience definitely helped me learn a lot of the basic commands needed to be staff on a server.
After that first position I was staff on one somewhat well-known server. This was the server I was banned on. I received helper on this server sometime in early to mid October of last year. I was only staff for 12 days before resigning. I resigned because I found that the staff on the server was very very toxic, along with the members that came with the job. I also found it very overwhelming as they had about 115 to 130 staff members at that time. Having that many staff it was also difficult to get any ideas across, help/advice on situations, and there were many many more flaws. Despite how difficult it was working for that server I believe I did a relatively good job. I dealt with many players in game as the server I spend majority of my time on only had two other assigned staff members. I also did my part on the server forums. Before I was staff I on that server I always tried to be as helpful as I could. Being staff on this server also taught me to be nice to everyone despite any circumstances. I'm sure that's a given, however as I said the staff was very toxic. With that, one wrong move to any of the higher ranked staff members and you were gone. Experiencing how bias this staff team was and how it turned out really made me see how important it is to be equal to all players despite any personal connections with that member. Whether they are positive or negative connections.
Do you understand that telling a staff member about your application is an instant denial?
Yes, I completely understand that telling a staff member about my application is an instant denial. I believe there should be no rush for you to look at any application. I hope you take all the time you need to pick the best and most worthy candidates for your server.
Are you familiar with LiteBans/Essentials?
Yes, I'm familiar with both plugins.
Have you ever been banned/muted on any server?
Yes. I've been banned on one server for charge back. I charged back to get away from the server. To say the least I held on to the server while there was a lot of toxicity toward me (which really wasn't healthy for my mental state) and I was spending an immense amount of money on this server. This was the only way to get myself banned and away. That server also took up a very large portion of my life, so I also did it to get my life on a better track. If you'd like the full story I'd be willing to share it with you. I'd also share the server name as I'm not 100% sure if I'm allowed to say it or not.
How much time can you contribute into this server?
I am able to contribute a vast amount of time on the server.
If there would be a major change in schedule I'd be sure to inform a higher staff member.

Why do you think you're suitable to be a helper on the server?
I believe I'm a worthy candidate for the staff team because of my past experience with majority of the listed game modes and my past experience as staff on Minecraft servers. I have experiences in KitPvP, OP Prison, and Factions. I played OP Prison on a server for a good 8 or so months. With that I know a lot about how OP Prison works and a bit about how things should be on the server. This also allows me to have background knowledge ready to share as soon as the server opens. I played factions for about 5-6 months with an amazing group of friends of mine. We played on multiple servers allowing me to experience many different commands and different add ons to Factions, which again allows me to have a bit of background knowledge on the game mode. I feel as if my past staff experience makes me a suitable helper on this server because it showed me the things you should and should not do as staff. With all of the mistakes the past staff team I was last on I was able to pick out the things that make a good staff member and the things that make a not so great staff member.

So, I started playing Minecraft at the end of December of 2014 after I got a new laptop for Christmas. I was pretty much hooked on this game and played it pretty much daily. Recently I took a break to really focus more on my life and to pinpoint the things that really matter to me and what I really like to do. Since I only started playing PC Minecraft at the end of 2014 I was and may still be a noob. At this time I believe the 1.8 version of Minecraft had already been out and that's all I've ever played really. I've only been on Minecraft 1.7 a handful of times. The same goes for the 1.9 version of Minecraft.

When it reaches 3 its a 10 minute temp ban and ill ask the owner what we should do with him/her. (It can be a longer temp ban depending on when you (the owner) is on.)
Why this server?:It looks like this server has very big potential and isn't like most servers which shut down after 2 weeks I have a feeling this server will be more happy and kind then other servers and id be really happy to be part of it!

What is your previous experience in any type of moderation?
I was an Admin on my old friends server. It had a player base of 5-40 players and didn't grow that much. I put all of my effort into the server each day coming on to, fixing bugs, helping members with issues and problems, banning hackers etc. I realized the server wasn't growing anymore and everyday more and more players left. I then resigned and joined another small server. The same process happened there. I gained trust, worked to the best of my ability helping the server out. Months after, it then closed down.
What could you bring to the server?
I can Moderate the chat from spam, advertisement, bullying and hazing, and other infractions, as well as issue punishments to offenders and defuse situations between players such as fights or conflicts that create unnecessary disturbance for other players on the server. I can dedicate my time and effort to ensuring such problems do not occur, and if I am away from home I am fully able to use the Slack application on my Android as well as join the game on my Windows tablet if necessary.
Why do you want to be staff?
I should be a Admin/Mod for these reasons. I have high experience with minecraft servers, I have around 4 hours a day of time to go on servers. Other reasons are, I am well trusted and I am very good with grammar and can do 60 words per minute. I have a very high trust level. For example I don't get the fun in griefing it just doesn't seem right. It is bad when done to you so why do it? I am hated by about 7 hackers now. The reason is i have caught people on camera really quickly and then have been able to get a good report. As a staff member I would be able to take a screen shot of a hacker quickly then punish them. these are just a few reasons i am trusted. My next reason is building. If any building is required I can be excellent. I have won so many games of building games. I can build without world edit, and I am really good with world edit. Game developing. I am really good at developing simple server games. I know how to set up a /server then get the build. I also know how to transfer a rank over and get global ranks on. Then I set default game modes and then begin on what the game is about. These are just a few things why I should be Admin. If you like my style it would be awesome to be a helper for these reasons again: I am well trusted I am good at english, I can capture pictures of hackers for proof before they get banned, I have really good building skill and I am really good at developing in server games. There are many things a server needs. As I have recently said I am extremely good at developing. I understand how to make ranks and apply. I am also very active and for example i am put on to support centre on the forums I can be there to help. With my knowledge of servers and my very hight activity rate I can help a server alot. But thats just the beginning. With high server knowledge I can be very helpful to people that might need help. I have had 2 1/2 years of experience on minecraft servers. For the first year I didn't understand but I got interested and I decide to go onto youtube and understand more about servers. I then learn more and more. I am also very friendly and can help someone who needs help. For example someone asks how to get more things I can tell them they can donate to get it or if they are on a game I can tell them where they find it. Along with my knowledge on minecraft servers I have been on the server for about 2 months now and I have released what plugins there are and how to develop them. Despite all these things There are still much more ways I can help the server grow.

I like solving problems, finding answers and making informed decisions. Currently, I do my best to help answer questions other players may have. I've made Youtube videos to explain certain builds in Factions, and have helped a few other players figure out how to access the /help pages. I try to stay on top of current bugs or issues with the server, so that I can confirm "It's not just you, this is an issue, it's being worked on." I also encourage players to use the forums to stay updated. As staff, I would be more able to encourage players to voice their concerns. I would do my best to answer questions or solve problems, even if that answer is simply "I don't know at the moment. Give me an hour to find out, I will get back to you." I would do my best to be accessible through Skype and inbox messages, as well as any time I'm in-game. I would be sure to communicate through forums as well as in-game, for the benefit of players not online at the time and to be heard longer than the few minutes a chat box stays active.

I am really good at developing simple server games. I know how to set up a /server then get the build. I also know how to transfer a rank over and get global ranks on. Then I set default game modes and then begin on what the game is about. These are just a few things why I should be Admin. If you like my style it would be awesome to be a helper for these reasons again: I am well trusted I am good at english, I can capture pictures of hackers for proof before they get banned, I have really good building skill and I am really good at developing in server games. There are many things a server needs. As I have recently said I am extremely good at developing. I understand how to make ranks and apply. I am also very active and for example i am put on to support centre on the forums I can be there to help. With my knowledge of servers and my very hight activity rate I can help a server alot. But thats just the beginning. With high server knowledge I can be very helpful to people that might need help. I have had 2 1/2 years of experience on minecraft servers. For the first year I didn't understand but I got interested and I decide to go onto youtube and understand more about servers. I then learn more and more. I am also very friendly and can help someone who needs help. For example someone asks how to get more things I can tell them they can donate to get it or if they are on a game I can tell them where they find it. Along with my knowledge on minecraft servers I have been on the server for about 2 months now and I have released what plugins there are and how to develop them. Despite all these things There are still much more ways I can help the server grow.

I like solving problems, finding answers and making informed decisions. Currently, I do my best to help answer questions other players may have. I've made Youtube videos to explain certain builds in Factions, and have helped a few other players figure out how to access the /help pages. I try to stay on top of current bugs or issues with the server, so that I can confirm "It's not just you, this is an issue, it's being worked on." I also encourage players to use the forums to stay updated. As staff, I would be more able to encourage players to voice their concerns. I would do my best to answer questions or solve problems, even if that answer is simply "I don't know at the moment. Give me an hour to find out, I will get back to you." I would do my best to be accessible through Skype and inbox messages, as well as any time I'm in-game. I would be sure to communicate through forums as well as in-game, for the benefit of players not online at the time and to be heard longer than the few minutes a chat box stays active.
