What experience do you have moderating?: Yes i have experience moderating on servers. I have experience moderating on countless servers that people have heard about. I have even been a admin on Mineplex but i quit because no-one was ever one. The ranks ive usually been are moderator, administrator, helper, and manager.
On one server i was developer but that was when i used to know how to code

How much time are you able to dedicated to the server?: I will dedicate 1-5 hours on the server to help make it better in man ways that other servers cannot. I will have to take some breaks due to school and family time because i cant be on minecraft all the time, but i can try to. Why do you believe we should accept you: I believe you should accept for a lot of reasons first: I am a very experienced player with a lot of maturity and know how to look professional on a sever. I know a lot of commands and I know how to use pex or gm and I am learning to code. I know I am not applying for that but you could use me there as well. Also, I am starting a youtube channel BlakeRavenDust (22 subs so far lol) but I will record series on your sever - adding more players. I have a really positive attitude and I will jump right to anything you ask. I will be honest, some days I may only be on for 1-2 hours because of school and homework but on the weekends I will be on all day (maybe afking for a bit)

Previous experience? So i have worked on countless severs but 4 decent ones. I have worked on ones with 10 year old staff and I have experienced the pain in doing work for nothing. Also, I am Co-Owner on a sever named Kingdom Prison... I built the spawn there and I will attach a photo at the bottom (this isnt a builders app ). Anyways I have been Admin on 2 others and a Mod on a third. This sounds like a very cool sever and I am interested to learn more about it. Why do you believe we should accept you: Well, That is a very good question. First of all i am very kind to others and i'll always be respectful to others, I answer questions regardless of having a staff rank or not. I'd try my very best to put suggestions to the server and advice if needed, I'm very active as i am active every day and grab the chance to come onto the server daily. I would also help players with many things from small to very large and i most importantly can be on the forums at the same time being on the server, I'm very mature but sometimes want to be funny at relaxed times. What do i Kick for? Command?: /kick <playername> <reason> This particular forcibly removes a player from the server, Normally as a punishment. You can add a reason to this command, which shows up on their disconnect message. For example:
/kick RuleBreaker Griefing This would kick the player RuleBreaker, and on his/her disconnect message screen, it would show ''Griefing''.
What do i TempBan for? Command?: /tempban <playername> <datediff> This command kicks a player from the server, and also bans them, preventing them from rejoining for an amount of time mentioned. Unfortunately, you cannot add a reason to the end of this command. The format for the temporary ban times are as follows: /tempban RuleBreaker 1m This would ban them for a total of 1 minute.
/tempban RuleBreaker 1h This would ban them for a total of 1 hour.
/tempban RuleBreaker 1d This would ban them for a total of 1 day.
/tempban RuleBreaker 1w This would ban them for a total of 1 week. It’ll show up as 7 days.
What do i ban for? Command?: /ban <playername> <reason> This command forcibly removes a player from the server, But, Also prevents them from re-joining… Permanently. I also have been staff on many servers, But all that i can say is that i have learned many experiences as being staff. I Would like to be staff because I Would like to be staff because I Can offer A Lot. I Can record all the dirty little hackers. I can get rid of all the spammers/Advertisers. I Am Always On And On Skype i love answering Everyone Questions I Will help Anyone I'm Really Kind and I'm also a good listener I Do know most plugins I'm a loyal player. I Do know most plugin commands and if I seen someone higher then me abusing I would first of all contact you on Skype then tell everyone that there's no reason to be worried. I will try my best to not ignore anyone and answer everyone's questions as I like to be fair with everyone even if I Don't get along with them I can Help You build if needed I'm not the best just average. I Have been An Co-Owner On a Server Called Atoxpvp it isn't running anymore sadly it was a good server they did have a yt channel to bring in more players and it did work and it was fun while it lasted .

Scenarios and Extra
Two Moderators are in an argument about the validity of a player's ban. What do you do?
First Of All whatever rank I am I would tell the two moderators to stop arguing as it isn't making everyone feel happy and annoyed. if I was a helper I would inform a Admin to come on and deal with it as they aren't listening to me. if I was an admin I would tell them to stop if they wouldn't I would mute them for a short amount of time and have a chat with them both and tell them to stop or possibly a demotion might be taken.

You are the single higher staff member online at the time of a large server uproar. How do you calm everyone down?
First Of all I would let all the players no there`s a slight problem but there`s no need to worry as are staff are currently working on fixing it for you guys as were busy. second of all I would tell everyone to not spam chat if they did I would global mute Until I feel like they have learned to not spam. third I would say guys were sorry about this we are trying to fix it asap as something has gone wrong but it will be fixed very soon please be patient. thanks for the support guys.

I Would tell them my application has probably been accepted because I used good grammar and really good info on how specif I was I would also say I didn't get anyone to review my app I did wait and I was helpful to everyone and I was also maybe more active and better at dealing with some situations. but don't worry you can all ways reapply in a certain amount of time and then hopefully get staff the next time just try to not get mad with choices. if you have any problems with anything please let me know as I would like to help you. thanks for reading my app.

Why do you believe we should accept you: Well like I mentioned down below I have been staff on plenty of servers, and I know how to deal with people.
What do you have to offer: I am very knowledgeable with plugins and know how to deal with griefers, and spammers. I give out 3 warnings to spammers then I mute them for 5 mins, and after their mute they decide to spam again I mute them for an hour. With griefers I temp-ban then for 24 hours and when they come back and still decide to grief I ban them for good.
Previous experience? I own my own server, I have been Co-Owner, Admin, Mod, and builder on a lot of server but sadly they shut down but I want to change that with this server and make it popular.

Why should we choose you: You should choose me because I have more than enough experience, I have many plugin ideas to make a server great, and I can also configure any files and fix any errors you seem to come by while making the server. My best idea I think is remaking call of duty zombies in Minecraft, so you need to buy doors to progress, you can buy armor and weapons off of the wall to become stronger as the game goes on, and a final boss at the end of the game.
Back ground info:I'm from Canada so you have to love me, I am a computer nerd I know anything and everything about computers, I love building computers from scratch and I plan on becoming a video game programmer later on in life after college.
