EG Needs Staff!
Hey guys my name is WolfSquadz, some might know me as Rubrical in game. I'm the community manager of EG (Otherwise known as ExtremeGaming Network) and i'm looking for top of the line staff members that can dedicate multiple hours a week to fulfill what EG requierments are to be a staff member. How many hours can you contribute a week to the server ( Be honest): Probably about 12 - 24 hours per week. (Depending on how much needs to be done on the server and my personal schedule.)
(Plugin and Configurator Developer) What are some examples of what you have done in the past? I have made a few plugins before, but more specifically, I am great with adding and setting up plugins for a server to help get it up and running. I have owned two servers before, (Which I made a profit from) and have also helped develop numerous other servers.
Have you ever had any experience ( Be honest, knowledge is more important than what you have been through ): I have done things of the like of this multiple times and have thousands of hours of playtime on Minecraft. Another core strengths that I have though are my building skills, which is much attributed to my experience.
Why do you think you will be the best at doing what you are applying for? As I have already said, I have experience with this kind of stuff and I know my way around a server - both in-game and behind the scenes when it comes to plugins. I also have come from success and failure. My first Minecraft server let's just say wasn't the best. I aimed too large and rushed too much at once. The second time around, I started off small, but realistic. After a few weeks, I started making money and most of all, the players, staff and myself were having fun.
What can you, as a development manager, do to furthermost improve the Developers (Plugin and Configurator Developer)? I've covered most of this via the previous two questions, but to quickly summarise:
1. I have experience and have come from failure and success.
2. I know not to dream too big, but be realistic
3. My goal is for everyone to have fun because at the end of the day, it'sjust a game.
