Why We Should Choose You Rather Than The Other Applications:Well I'm really experienced like one time on my server a lot of bugs were happening and my dev couldn't figure what was wrong so I went in and fixed it in 5mins when he was looking for 6hours the bug allowed everyone to do /gmc for some reason.
Also if u add me on skype I can provide a lot more plug my servers.

I like to play around sometimes with the players not like /kill or take things like pvp with them or do things legit in /gms with the starting kit.

Moderator Experience: Actually, I've been a staff on a few of my friends server and I had a Head-Mod position on Wantedpvp.org for about 2 years, a 30 slot public server hosted by FadeHost in the UK. It was successful and had a lot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on 7tx.org, an average server with 50 slot which usually had 34 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time with me. It was a fun community but was shut down due to lack of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing).

What Is Your Abilities: I love to play an important role in a Minecraft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I'm a good listener, if a problem shows up during my watch I won't rest until this situation is completely solved, and I'm a person who share his thoughts with his team and take others ideas under consideration.

What Could You Do For The Server: In my view, the Moderator has lots of responsibilities such as :
1- Managing the network and specialist staff teams.
2- Managing chat by muting players who actually swear or curse which will break a part of the server's rules, and make sure that our server's chat filter is a clean environment for almost every single player.
3- Be willing to contribute in a positive ways to the network.
4- Making large decisions that will effect the network as a whole.
5- Taking disciplinary action in regards to staff when required.
6- Helping players when in need for some answers , and welcoming new players as well.
7- The one and only language of the server will be English, so I suppose speaking foreign languages is a warning under any circumstances.

Why We Should Choose You Rather Than The Other Applications: I've been playing Minecraft and attending a very important role in many servers since 2012 from today (4 Years), So I had an extensive experience among these years and it was totally interesting. As I mentioned previously that if any problem occur on my watch I'll make sure to solve it even if it took me beyond 7 hours which is my approximate average of playing Minecraft, also i'll be taking others ideas and suggestions under consideration to help gather our ideas and make a good use of it for the server.

What Could You Do For The Server: I believe that you should pick me because I am a care-free and relaxed staff member. I can interact and work with players well, and have a nice and patient attitude when working on the server or with players. I have programming plenty of custom plugins and worked with technology for around 4 years now. I think that some people prefer to apply and grief, but I don't see the point in that. If you're going to spend time on a hefty application, then you should commit to it and work for the server you applied for. I can work around situations and can be strict and mature at times needed, and can help your server grow and increase its player base. I see myself as a hard-working staff member that can help players out and work with others well. I can help configure plugins, program custom plugins, moderate the server, as well as much more. I see myself as a good developer, a good moderator, and a well-rounded person when working for a server. Though it seems I have much self-pride, I see myself having flaws as much as others. I am not as fluent and advanced in building skills as many others are, and seem to get distracted easily, and more easily than others. I do work to achieve a better focus on what I strive to work on, and I do see myself getting better at that. I think you should pick as part of your server management team as I can help with quite a few areas of servers here and there. I also see myself as trustworthy and honest. I will be relaxed and fun most of the time, as I see many staff members a little too serious about their jobs, making them not very fun to play with or start up a conversation with. I wish to make everyone's experience fun and relaxing, so they can dive right into the server and get immersed into the aspects of this server.

Why We Should Choose You Rather Than The Other Applications: I believe I am better than others who apply because I see too many people rush on their applications and STILL get accepted. I practically cringe at that, as I hate to see stupid server owners allow so many people onto their servers with loads of privileges already. I see myself as modest and nice, so when new or old players join, they can feel comforted as they continue to play on the server. I see many people not trustworthy or honest, and don't seem to be good at decision making. I believe that many people are not worthy to be staff on servers, as they seem to mess things up and are immature. I see many immature staff members that barely know how to work Essentials! Many people try to lie about their age, and seem to think that being older is better. I would prefer a trustworthy, honest, and loyal 10-year-old staff member, rather than a lying, griefing, 14-year-old person. I think I am a mix of many of wanted aspects of server owners, and I can help you with your server. I can work with permissions well, configuration files well, moderate servers and players well, and program custom plugins, websites, and other accessories that can be useful to your server's development. (Let me add as a side note - I don't think I'm that much better than other applicants. Everyone should deserve an equal chance.
