I NEEDZ HELP WITH MY SERVER!!!

Im trying to make a minecraft server, and every single ime i try to run it, i always get the same message:

Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx4096M
The specified size exceeds the maximum representable size.
Could not create the Java virtual machine.
Server terminated
Idk what im supposed to do. Somone PLEEZ HELP!
