Hello there ladies and gentlemen! My name is Will and I am several of my friends are beginning to create a massive server(hub) that will be hosting nearly everything (Minigames, Faction, Towny, Survival, etc) when it is opened to the public! My hope is that I will create a server(hub) that people will enjoy and HAVE FUN with their friends on, with the possibility of also making friends on there. In order to do this and create a friendly environment for the player I will need a large amount of staff. Reason for wanting this position (requires thorough explanation): I have been on alot of servers that were incredibly corrupted by bad admins and it infuriated me. So i am trying to make a difference and trying to become an admin somewhere so i can possibly help someone out there who is getting picked on are teased. And on top of all of that i just love helping people.
Experience (details): I have been a Admin on about 3 servers that were shut down due to financial causes.

What you can bring: I am an incredibly friendly person who loves to joke and have fun. But with that said i can also be a serious person who will get shit (pardon my language) done when needed to. I also do not put up with any BS'ing.

If they continue to swear an unnecessary amount i will mute them for 10 minutes and Wisp them that if it continues after the mute wears off they will be temp banned. Then if they come back and continue swearing an obnoxious amount i will perm. ban them.

affect others experience on the server, what do you do? I would first ask them to stop arguing in main chat. And to either wisp it or talk to me about it. If they continue to blow up main chat i will mute them for 10 minutes and wisp both of them that they had enough time to comply and when the mute wears off that they will have a second chance to redeem themselves. If they continue to bicker after it wears off i will give them a day mute. And if it continues even after that i will give them a permanent mute.

Reason for wanting this position (requires thorough explanation): I am applying for Plugin manager because im looking for a server that I can come on and play without being bossed around by any of the lower staff members or default players. I’m also looking for a server that is just starting out and needs some help with plugins or any of the technical stuff for it to start up popular. I have owned multiple servers and networks in the past so I know how it feels when you are just starting up your server and it’s always good to have someone to help you with any of the technical stuff for the server for you have less stuff to worry about. Im also looking for a server that I can help make popular and get a lot of donations so it won’t go down in the next month or the next few months. I am not a noob when it comes to plugins or web sites even buycraft because I have helped to manage and host many servers before.
Experience (details): I have woned multiple server and networks. I was also lead tech for a server hosting company.
