New Creative Server

Mission Statement:
I want to start up a creative server in one of two configurations:
Freebuild
Survival/Build
But don't you already have a server?
Yes, I do. But it is a survival/PVP server that used Towny and Heroes. People put almost no emphasis on building, and there are many square-block wood houses scattered through all the cities.
How a new server would help:
This server would have the benefit of starting with a member base. I would be able to advertise it on my primary server, and could likely get at least 6-12 members within the first day. Some of these members could be trusted to help build the spawn area, and help the server reach operational status. The 6-12 member mark does not include advertising on PlanetMinecraft and the minecraft forums.
What do I need?
I need one or two Co-Admins who would be willing to (at a minimum) be on every second day. I would MUCH rather prefer someone who can make it on every day, Like I can. I have been running CraftWars for over half a year, and at its peak, its seen 70 players online 24/7.

- Borderguard prevents people flying too far
- Use Towny, or not

- Allow players to mine or build without being spam-killed
- In some instances, inject buildings from this new server, to the primary one

- Know how to use the TCADMIN control panel
