-bColoredChat (for coloured chat lol and coloured names)
-CAuth (A Cool plugin that makes u register and login every time so i can keep out hackers and cheaters)
-Citizens (adds NPC's)
-Essentials (more commands to the game)
-Lockette (lock your chests for privacy and so people dont steal)
-Permissions (for Groups and ranks)
-PermissionsPlus (extra commands for Permissions)
-PvPToggle (for pvp toggle)
-RegionClaim (to claim areas for only your self or u and some friends)
-SignLift (make sighs that tp u up like an elevator)
-WorldEdit (Editing the world)
-WorldGuard (protects from griefers)
-PlgSetSpawn (set the spawn point for every one cos i did not like the original one)

This is a great server with nice towns and friendly staff. There are cool plugins too.
