New Hosted Server NEEDS HELP!!!!

I bought a sever and its up and running with our plugins, we dont have a permissions setup yet i been mesing with all the different perms and i cant find what one to run with our server.. we have essentials lwc iconomy chestshops world edit world guard and everytime i try to set up permissions it jus messes everything up... If theres anyone with experience with permissions and could direct us on what plugin to use itd be appreciated.. if u can help us i will op you on our server and u can have an awesome place to play!
