My New Minecraft Server

So,I finally and just made a Minecraft server and I need someone to be so kind to test the IP For me,I'm not sure if it works yet
IP:86.148.132.178 If that doesn't work try 86.148.132.178:25565
It is a Bukkit server,I've been adding tons of plugins like Worldedit Worldguard,Etc.
