New Minecraft Server

Hi i am coolguy6233 / EpicPCGamer and i am going to be releasing a new Minecraft Server but i need help from someone to help me wit PEX i am a VERY big noob and i really need help add me on skype coolguy6231 and visit the server 71.84.13.244 thanks and the person that helps gets payed with admin (i am a good pc hacker and everything dont get the idea to add forceop plugin on my server or anything) Thanks Again!
