Hi My IGN is XxblaberblabexX I would like to be a Mod/Admin on your server im very good at building and helping people who are arguing and if theres a hacker while im admin (there wont be for long).

Experience: From the moment I bought premium, I was into server management. Before I bought premium, I was the co-owner of a gaming community that started on a classic Minecraft server. I usually end up as upper staff either for my activity, abilities to play my role right, or building skills.
Up until a couple months ago, I was one of two owners of a network called BGN. However, due to ex-staff members, our network was hacked, and taken down. Our network resembled Shotbow and had nearly 6 servers running. My job was to interview and help develop servers for our network.
I have had some experience with Pex, and installing plugins; however I usually prefer not to. (especially with configuring Pex.) Since I have been staff on so many servers, and for so long, I have made it a habit to learn everything there is to know about new plugins. I have memorized several common plugins, and I am more than capable of explaining plugins to new people. Not to mention I also have the patience.
Building Skills {1-10}: With 1 being a dirt house, and 10 being a megabuild made to resemble distinct eras in real life architecture with all areas accessable, 10. ('Simple' for me is often a 2+ day project.) My buildings in survival often cover what a server spawn would usually cover.
Plugins Developing Skills {1-10}: I am just getting into developing plugins. I used to be into Java, HTML, and other codes.. when I was 12. I've forgotten just about everything now.
Knowledge With: I have fair knowledge on plugins, and I have extensive knowledge on how to organize a server. I may be a little rusty at first, but I just need to get used to being back into a staff position. Catching hackers is second nature to me, as well as dealing with unruly staff. (I've been staff on many servers that had dishonest staff. I got used to finding them, and dealing with them without bias.)
Reason: I believe that I am what you're looking for, and I'm determined to be what you're looking for if I'm not already. I'm decently active, and I can be very friendly, and patient with the players.
How will I help your server: I'll help your server in any way possible. I can build, design new builds, moderate players and staff, suggest plugins that you will need for a more efficient server, let you know which plugins tend to cause certain bugs, advertise your server on 16+ lists (I don't mind taking the time to do it, and yes, I'll write a decently sized review. Not just a short paragraph XD) and many more things. Basically, whatever needs to be done, I'll do it. I can also recommend a very skilled developer, and possibly more staff who would fit Moderator, or Admin very well.
What I can't do:
Develop plugins, or custom modpacks for the server.
(Maybe something else, but I can't think of it.)
