New Minecraft Server () Needs Builders and staff

Introduction
Hello, my name is Odysseas, and I'm the producer & the board's president. I'm happy to welcome you to this community, as long as you follow some basic rules.
[1]You should only apply if you want to help the server, staff hunters aren't wanted
[2] Some staff members have greater responsibility than others, but all are equal (except board members)
[3] In order to apply you must be at least 14 and really mature, the perfect age is around 17
[4] All staff members are required to have expert plugin knowledge, we're not playing by the law of averages
[5] Staff Titles can't be bought, they have to be earned!
[6] All staff members ought to have a Skype account
(!) We are also in need of builders (Preferably a build team of 3-5 people)
How to apply
In order to apply, follow this simple layout:

[2] Age (Research will be done, so don't lie)
[3] Why you are applying (Honesty is everything)
[4] Skype
[5] Where is your expertise
[6] How will you help the server grow
[7] Location ( Or timezone)
