New Network Hiring Plugin Dev [To fix Plugins and similar]

I am from Infected Network, an upcoming Minecraft Server Network!
We have a large variety of servers, including OP Factions, Prison, Hunger Games and more!
What I currently need is someone who can help me setup the OP Factions server [the rest is being taken of by other people/are already done]. This will not require any knowledge on how to make plugins! All I need is for you to help setup permissions, kits, fix small bugs, stuff like that! I am NOT offering a payment!

Previous Experience:I own a server that is in progress and that i am doing all kits/perms all stuff like that but most of the building not all and my friends servers i have fixed perms/setup kits/anything like that i have a lot of experience with servers before.
How long can you be on daily:As much as i can i am on everyday

Previous Experience: I am currently hosting my own server which is wielding me alot of experience. I am using FTP for it which you probably are as well if you are on a host. I have been a "plugin-manager" on many servers and have helped them quite a bit. All of them quit due to no donations though.
How long can you be on daily: I can be on about 2-3 hours on weekdays and 4-6 hours on weekends.
