I'd like to apply for your server as a moderator or builder/gym leader. Let me tell you a little about myself.
I'm 18 years old and have been playing Minecraft for about 3 years and Pixelmon for 2 of those years. My in-game name is Coolkc456 but on most servers I have a nick and most of my online friends know me as Kitten.
I was a double gym leader on a server that was shut down over a year ago and I am also managing my own server right now but I enjoy breaks frequently on other servers so I don't lose interest of my own.
I was a moderator on that Pixelmon server as well as on 2 other servers that were semi-vanilla. I casually help in any way I can on servers, answering questions and giving demonstrations even when I am not part of the staff.
For the Pixelmon server that I moderated for and was a gym leader on, I also built the 2 gyms I managed (because we were brand new) and I built the water and rock gym. Unfortunately it was a little over a year ago so I don't have pictures.
But, I'd be happy to make a replica as best as I remember it and upload pictures if you'd like.
Later this year I will be attending a university for Honors Multimedia Design. I will be learning various forms of code as well as digital 3D modeling and construction, film effects, and animation.
I am a pretty nice person and love having fun or giving a good laugh but sometimes I can be very realistic with people and come off a little cold even though I mean well. Just the other day someone was asking for diamonds on a server when he had plenty and was too lazy to find his own. When he paid a guy for his diamonds, the guy who was supposed to give him diamonds crashed and then complained to the entire server that the guy ripped him off even after the kid logged back in and gave him his diamonds he was paid for.
I commented on his actions saying if he simply did his own work even when he didn't need extra diamonds, that he could have spared himself and a lot of others a lot of unnecessary drama. He threw a fit at me, but others defended me, reassuring me and him that it wasn't my fault and he expects things to be handed to him left and right. I will not stand aside and let a player be victimized due to a lazy player demanding things on a silver platter.
I'd also like to come check out your server sometime as well. It sounds pleasant.

Reasoning for these: To summarize, my philosophy of being is that life itself is very short. Meaning that to be anything less than kind to another human being is pointless in an existence that can be over in the blink of an eye. However, I will admit, at times I can be a bit snarky and make some ill received jokes, in the end I mean no distaste and realize that minecraft much like real life is just a short game, and the primary function is fun for all. Maturity is along the same levels, Minecraft is just a game and seeing it as anything more is purely pointless. In the end we're all here for fun, and as an admin I'd guarantee that to the best of my ability.
Poke/Pixelmon experience: Got the first pokemon game when it came it for christmas! Since then, I've been infatuated with pokemon and can name essentially every one. I have owned a pixelmon server that became extremely successful but I couldn't afford to keep it running. I have actually edited the pixelmon files myself at times, and contributed to the early version models!
MC Expirience: Playing minecraft since it came out (Alpha .30 lol)
Server Experience: Owned a good sum of servers, was admin/mod on many when I was younger. I know how to set up a server as if were my job, and given enough time can literally do anything in the realm of possibility.
Plugins experience: Although I code in C++ (not java, which minecraft is run on) The script basics are still there, so I can read throughout plugin scripts to help you understand them better. On top of that I can also tweak plugins to exactly your liking. Last, I have pretty much memorized all basic plugin commands, and know them like the back of my hand. I've worked with sponge and have a basic understanding on how it works.
I would participate in an alpha, I love viewing the birth and blossoming of a server.
This would be my primary server, I wouldn't play on any others.
On a scale of 1/10 how well do you work with people: 9/10
Reason for applying: I'd love to help your server in any way to see it blossom. I need something to do whilst I have no class, and this seems like a lot of fun.
I can be on for around 6 hours a day give or take (EST), however one thing that I can offer is being on during the nighttime, when many other staff may be off. Taking the nightshift is often my pleasure to do and I enjoy the serenity on servers during the night.
