I have been a guard on techge3ks prison server for 1 year now and they have 200+ active players online atm and they asked me to be co owner or admin and i denied instead to let my brother have a chance. I have dealt with tons of problems with hacking and know how to handle it. Im very good at being on duty almost all day and will be respectful of everyone around me.

Why should we choose you: I think I would Make a Good Guard Because to Start Off, I love to help out and encourage others to do the same thing! I think it's great when you start out a community great like this and give players an opportunity to try to be part of the staff I would be on everyday and know all the guards and there is one officer, bsquidwrd, head guard is Saracresp (good friend of mine), overall I believe I am on enough, nice enough and have enough knowledge from other servers to help this one out! What do you do if you see a prisoner with a sword: It Depends What Kind Of Situation It is, If They We're PvPing I would Confiscate it With The Plug-In Provided. If They We're In A SafeZone And Flashed There Sword I would Ask Them Kindly Such as "[Name], Sword Please 5 Seconds"To Show Their Sword and then I would confiscate it, If they did not comply at Once I would Count from 5 At A reasonable Pace, If They Refused to Give their Sword I would Jail Them For 10 Minutes. Also something that not many guards do but sara has taught me is to initiate a KOS (Kill on Sight) in which players are allowed to use there sword to kill a certain player and once the player has died with the armor and items that he had on when the KOS was initiated it will be lifted.

When it come to cussing I would let one warning off and if he/she does it again I would see it that proper action will be taken. When it comes to griefers I have a problem with that. They would automatically get jailed. I don't want someone's hard work go to waste and be destroyed. If the person does have proof that such and such did so then proper action will be taken. if he does not have so then I would have to report to you for block log and will get to the bottom of the situation.

If they didn't know then I would give them a warning and tell then to go back and read the rules to get a proper understanding of the rules. How strict are you: I'm Pretty Strict but i will loosen up now and then and just play around with some of the prisoners but of course i will kill them if they have any contraband(Armor,Weapons,Bows,Drugs)
Do you enforce rules hard: I enforce rules hard enough for prisoners to understand what they are so they don't ask again.
What kind of person are you: I'm a person who is kind and strict at the same time. I always thought i had 2 personas and i do believe it. In the end I'm just a normal guy trying to do something big in the world. For me i have already got all honors classes and have already received about 5 thousand in scholarship money. So basically I'm a kind willful and strict person.
Why should we choose you: i I am very strong on enforcing the rules and ill use the correct way of punishment to deal with rule breakers or even worse, Greifers. I would do exactly what you're supposed to as an Guard, Jail(idk if i can ban) hackers, and advertisers instantly. I would jail spammers after asking them to stop and they don't and when I release them I would tell them not to do it again and if they still keep on doing it I'll jail them longer then I'll wait for the Owner to come on or another higher staff position and ask them what do they think I should do. Or I could probably mute him. Basically I will be regulating the rules and making sure that nothing is disrupting the servers name. I would solve disputes between players, help them when they need it even if they didn't ask for it, but in no way will I give them items or anything of that sort. I think that my judging skills helps me make the right choices when times come. I'll be a good helping hand along with the others that may be joining in!

How strict are you: I'm Pretty Strict but i will loosen up now and then and just play around with some of the prisoners but of course i will kill them if they have any contraband(Armor,Weapons,Bows,Drugs)
Do you enforce rules hard: I enforce rules hard enough for prisoners to understand what they are so they don't ask again.
What kind of person are you: I'm a person who is kind and strict at the same time. I always thought i had 2 personas and i do believe it. In the end I'm just a normal guy trying to do something big in the world. For me i have already got all honors classes and have already received about 5 thousand in scholarship money. So basically I'm a kind willful and strict person.
Why should we choose you: i I am very strong on enforcing the rules and ill use the correct way of punishment to deal with rule breakers or even worse, Greifers. I would do exactly what you're supposed to as an Guard, Jail(idk if i can ban) hackers, and advertisers instantly. I would jail spammers after asking them to stop and they don't and when I release them I would tell them not to do it again and if they still keep on doing it I'll jail them longer then I'll wait for the Owner to come on or another higher staff position and ask them what do they think I should do. Or I could probably mute him. Basically I will be regulating the rules and making sure that nothing is disrupting the servers name. I would solve disputes between players, help them when they need it even if they didn't ask for it, but in no way will I give them items or anything of that sort. I think that my judging skills helps me make the right choices when times come. I'll be a good helping hand along with the others that may be joining in!

Staff Application for Guard (Or higher)
1. Age - 11 Birthday May13th 2002 (Wanted to state I will not be mad if My Birthday comes and goes without any surprise xD !) I will celebrate yours !
2. Build level - 9/10 (Reason being I'm not that good at Redstone But I'm atleast 7/10 at it But anything else I'm GREAT at and I can make you Envy me Because I'm so good ! Also I will do anything you want me to do and BETTER If you ask me to build a Huge spawn In 5 hours I can have it done in 2 ! That's How Good I am Plus if I have to work with someone Else I can do it I'm great with other people at building! I can tell what their thinking if they put down 10/20 blocks! !
3. World Edit experience - Almost 5 years now ! I have memorized each command for world edit and I will not question anything you tell me to do with world edit and I can have it done within 20/30 minuets If I have world edit (If its a big project) 1hour+ if its Huge ! If its small most likely 5/10 or less Minuets I will not let you down ! Also If you need help with it I know how to fix it If it bugs Out as it Has happened many times And I know each problem with world edit and how to fix it if you need it ! Plus If I use world edit I will be ATLEAST 3x Faster then I would in Creative but If I have to I can play in Creative first and Show you what I got so you know I'm a GREAT Builder ! It will take me almost 20/10 Minuets to build a Big Statue So if you need one Contact me (It wont be 10/10 it Might be atleast 6 or 7/10 Because I only build 3 !
4. Why should we pick you - I am a Great player And I never abuse Also I'm always having fun or Talking with other players and getting to know them because, I think they should get to know their staff And have some sort of, Contact with staff And play with them Sometimes even Live with them (In Game !) I will never talk in chat without a ? . ! at the end! Mainly because I think its Kind of sloppy When I do it and because Many people will read it and think of it! I have NEVER abused my powers or Been rude to other players that's why the tend to like me more then the Average staff member and Because I don't tell then what to do most of the time And I don't help them a lot Just when they ask !

Have you Greifed - No I have not Greifed ever However some Time when I make a house on a Survival server, I destroy it for its items (Like wood and Cobblestone) So I can make a new one and some people say, Hey look its a greifer Greifing a house! And I get banned However later on (Max 1 hour) They check and It was my house ! So No I have never Greifed! <--- Cool face
6. Skype - oursnotmine.minecraft It is not for Private use! I use it all the time to talk with friends and Such but I can use it 24/7 (When I'm Online) to Help out and I will check it Each day No matter what so you can count on me! just In case I have a Fail Safe Email (I will say it on Skype as in Fail Safe because I check it Each day evre 6 hours Almost!) I will not be able to talk most the time But I will be able to listen to you and Talk in chat !
7.Whats your Main thing that you do - I mainly Pvp/Build But other then that I talk with friends and We Mine and do some Redstone That's how I know some things about redstone but not a lot (I can program a Drop Party machine !) So In case of that I can be your guy However one thing I do is I like to make a iron golem and spawn a couple mobs and watch him Kill them Because I think it looks cool how he was Programed !
