Majestic Prison {|} NEED HELPERS / MODERATORS / ADMINS / DEV
Hello, I'm Sinicle and I've made this post to recruit staff members and developers to my new server.
The server is going to be an OP-Prison server with a few twists that will be revealed once the server has been fully made and ready to be used by the public.
For Staff the requirements are as followed.
- Over fourteen years of age.
- Be mature.
- Have knowledge of basic commands that a helper would need.
- Be active once the server is released.
- Be respectful to all other staff and players.

*Why should we pick you as the posistion you're applying for? I am very experienced as staff as you will see in the next section. I am very fluent with WorldEdit and many other plugins. I am very dependable, I am a very hard worker and I am a fast learner. I will enforce rules in the server. No hackers will get past me. I can also build a little if you need me to. In September 8 - June 10, I will be in school 8:15 - 4:00. I will try and get on as much as I can. I will atleast get one to three hours a day on the server. I will do as best as I can to get on.
*Any past experience? I have a lot of experience as a user in a staff position. I have currently been ever staff position in the ladder. I have even owned my own server. I am currently trying to open my own server up again.
*What can you help us with? I can help with ideas for new ranks, gamemodes, kits ( If you make a Kit PvP server ), Warps, I can advertise to my friends and get them to donate. I can also recommend good faction plugins I know.
Do you have any ideas for a new gamemode for when the network is released?
I think you should make a kitpvp server, you can make a lot of revenue from the Kit PvP gamemode, ( coins, ranks for extra kits, etc. )

PRIOR EXPERIENCE: I have had a lot of experience being a mod, admin, helper, on several occasions. My moderator experience is broad and vast. I've been moderating simple vanilla Minecraft server since Minecraft first implemented multiplayer. Along the way I have applied to a countless number of servers and have been accepted by many. I have moderated a server that had 10 people, and moderated a server with 350+ people. Although, to me it's not about how many people you have on the server, it's about the job and if you do it well. When I was Admin of a huge server I always kept the players happy and ALWAYS answered their questions. I thought to myself if I put player satisfaction before my own, then I'm doing my job. As a mod I know the duties and responsibilities of the job. Overall, I'd say that my Moderating/Administrating skills are at a strong 9/10.
REASON FOR WANTING STAFF: I want staff because I purely enjoy helping people. It gives me a sense of gratitude when I show someone how to do things the right way or help someone with their issues. I am a good problem solver and I have an analytical brain. These traits make my job easy and fun. I know that staff isn’t meant to be a fun job, but keeping a cheerful attitude on job and being friendly to players makes more people want to come back to the server. I have two modes when being staff; one cheery light mood when I joke around and talk with players and a serious mood when dealing with issues. I NEVER allow these two to mix together because that could jeopardize my position and probably annoy some players. Lastly, I know that certain people apply for the rank because they think it will bring them respect and make them cool. I have never considered this as a reason to apply and I frankly hate these types of people. They often end up abusing their power and getting banned. I have never abused and will never abuse. I am applying because I believe that I am mature enough and have what it takes to help the server and make it a better community.

And sometimes only having one staff member on doeskin help when there are multiple situations occurring.
