-Know how to work citizens
-Know how to add quests to citizens
-Good at building RPG cites and buildings
this server will be up as soon as possible but for now we are creating the world and doing the quests this is 1.1 bukkit and our citizens do not work yet so we have to wait till we have citizens for 1.1.
