Knowledge of Servers: I've been staff on more servers than most people have played on, I really isit lots of PvP servers, especcially help the ones that arent that sure about the game.
Knowledge of plugins: I run my own server using PEX, Essentials ect, so I have a real good knowledge of every good plugin except Towny because Towny doesnt work on my srver for some reason
Staff experience: Ive been Owner, Tmod, Mod, Admin, HeadAdmin and CoOwner on 3 different servers, so I know how to handle most situations tha'tt come upon me!
