New Server [Need Staff]

Hey guys, I'm going to make a NON 24/7 server. And I need help getting started and getting some staff members on board! So I need 4 admins and 6 mods. Some builders as well about 3? I can make the server 24/7 if you are willing to donate some cash. If you donate you will get Donater rank, or if your a staff member you'll be assigned [Head Admin] or [Head Mod] or [Elite Builder]. Why: i like to be able to help out servers and players. i like the idea of the server and i have had alot of experinece in the role as being co-founder for a gaming community that runs 3 servers ( soon to be 5).
How would you make the server better?: i am a friendly person that lloves helping new players helping create servers i can use a plugin called vTriggers which can be used to add really intresting stuff to the server we have a bank robbing thing set up and some minigames

Why: I have had much experience with Minecraft as I have been playing it since Beta. I am a fun person to have on any server and I can follow the rules. I will show you respect back. I know how to handle tight situations and big arguments. I have knowledge of over 50 plugins including WorldEdit, WorldGuard, Essentials, PermissionsEX, GroupManager, MobArena, Spleef, Factions, Multi-Verse, Votifier, BuyCraft, and HungerGames. I am able to setup some arenas and buildings I can also type fast with great puncuatation.
How would you make the server better?: I will work together with other people and join in on any projects help with tech issues and introduce more people to record and have fun.
Would you donate?: when i am available to do so ( so yea)
