Past Experience:I "shadowed" an admin at LazleCraft(200-300 players). I owned my own server which got off the ground at a strong start at 30 players, then increased, I got donations and a nice following, then, I had to close it down since I was moving and could not join be bothered with the stress of moving and combining that with upholding my own server while in a hotel. Once I got back on Minecraft, I was accepted as Head-Developer on a server called SageMC which got off extremely well, getting alot of people on and people beginning to donate even before the server was open to the public, I was then promoted to Co-Owner and left behind developing to my trainee. I enjoyed the paid position of Co-Owner for a few months until I resigned to begin packing since I was moving again.
What Skills Have You Got?I have a Minecon 2012 and 2013 cape(Not really a skill but an eye-catcher),I have good people skills, meaning I get along well with people and enjoy to help people in any way I can. I can help configure and setup plugins to your desire, I have connections with a building team and their owner is a very good friend who I have known for 10 years, I can help make improvements on the server to suit the wants and needs of everyday Minecrafters, I have money to support the server, I can setup and create gamemodes and spawns, I can help with advertising and artwork and much more.

Didn't you just apply on a different server but with the same application?
I do understand but I am personally looking for someone that has complex knowledge in advertising configuration and a bit of coding and I have decided to accept thork777 but decline Hey_Its_Lee. You are going for quite a high goal. Admins should have basic knowledge for protection of the server and if you server got griefed you seem not to have that knowledge.

One unsuccessful, one successful for 6 months prior to the EULA wiping our donors and without funds, Went under. I also worked as a staff member for another server called a2z. (It failed shortly after the EULA also)
What Skills Have You Got? I can work with most bukkit plugins in game as well as configuring them. I have always been fair and enforced the rules properly on my previous servers, And i am no different now. I play 1-10 hours on weekends and 1-5 hours on weekdays (Summer is in a month, In which i only do minecraft. What Skills Have You Got?I Am Good With Plugins And Commands And Redstone.If I Seen Someone Greifing I Would Ban Them For 1 Hour Then Tell You.If Anyone Breaks The Rules I Will Jail,Kick Or Ban Them Strait Away! I Will Be Able To Play Up To 4 Hours A Day!!!!
