ya i stoped tying it wouldnt work

I'm not sure, but I think you open server.properties file there should be a line that says server ip If you have the domain whatever name you want then look at it's ip and put it in the ip folder if the domain you want isn't there then go to dot.tk and get a free domain. Hope this helps

How in the world do you expect to run a server with the computer off? Even if there was a program... There needs to be power to run the program.
