New Server [Mature Staff] (Currently in development)

We are now recruiting staff for the higher end ranks during the early setup phase, we are primarily after more mature people.

Mark I
(Advertising|Administrative Duties|Media)

The ideal candidate will be experienced in Minecraft and perhaps in similar roles on other servers, including keeping a level head during busy times, even with lots of questions being thrown at them. They will keep up to date with the latest information and stay in regular contact with all the other staff members. They will always be first in line to help the members and know what to do with them. You will be part of a team of Mark I’s so you may choose to specialize in the YouTube videos, advertising, website duties, applications and other media, or go full time on the server, perhaps even undergoing training for higher roles.

Mark II
(Support|Enforcement|Assistant)

You will use a suite of tools to ensure there is no cheating, abuse or rule breaking, then jailing and muting players when it comes to it for the Mark III’s to potentially ban later. You will assist the Mark I’s but play a larger role in the runnings of the server. Responding to support tickets, helping on builds, and writing news articles.

Mark III
(Chief|Banning|Assistant|Maintenance)

All of the runnings of the server more or less end here. You will be responsible for banning players and keeping the server clean. You will make chief decisions and keep all of the “riff raff” from reaching the Mark IV’s. They develop the server while you keep it running. Anything going on in the chat-box, websites etc will end with you. During large builds your assistance may be called upon along with testing and a general input being a fresh set of eyes.

Mark IV
(Back end|Architect|Creator|Staff Regulator|Hidden Owner)

I’ll be looking for those who have ran their own server(s) or been OP (or equivalent). Ideally you’ll have been involved in some large build projects with a keen sense of creation and initiative. Experience with world edit and/or voxel sniper is a must, along with a reasonable knowledge of other common plugins. Failing this then you should have a good experience with servers back end, such as plugins and configs, permissions and/or scripting. A great input on the servers errors and direction will be required, and you will form a think-tank with the other Mark IV’s. Monitoring lead members and the staff will also fall on your head, and updates of all the goings-on will be asked of you regularly. The owner will remain anonymous and will be a Mark IV.
